OVERVIEW: The theme continues; made some decent money in the PM, proceeded to give back more than half during RTH. Amended my approach, only using half size during RTH and even wider stops to not get faked out by the myriad traps but no dice.
What got me today was trying to fade day 1 of a sector-wide move (robotics). I didn’t care for the catalyst and traded PA alone which was a mistake and that’s on me, not the system. The last few themes that Trump ignited (like rare earths) ran for days if not weeks so no idea what I was thinking trying to fade this on the first day.
